What is a training partner?
A training partnership with Triple 0 Solutions provides you with the opportunity to deliver nationally recognised training to your own clients and students. It is suitable for individuals who do not want the compliance burden of running a registered training organisation (RTO) or simply cannot afford the investment in becoming an RTO.

Our network of trainers and training partners is growing and represents a variety of industries including health care, mining, construction, manufacturing and emergency services. Many of our trainers and training partners fulfil roles as fire fighters, paramedics and safety advisors.

Training Partner Requirements
Training partners must be able to satisfy the following requirements:

Eligibility requirements Supporting documentation
ABN You will be required to provide your ABN
Public liability insurance You will be required to provide a Certificate of Currency that you have public liability insurance
Resume You will be required to provide a resume that includes:

  • List of qualifications & education
  • Employment history
  • Relevant memberships
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment You will be required to submit:

  • Copy of certificate
  • Transcript listing the units of competency achieved
  • Evidence of completing TAELLN401A or TAELLN411
Current qualifications related to the courses you wish to deliver You will be required to submit transcript or Statement of Attainment listing the units of competency achieved
Evidence of current industry skills and experience You will be required to provide a history of your industry experience for each course you intend to train
Work referees to verify experience You will be required to provide two work referees who are familiar with your capabilities and can verify your experience
Video evidence of your training delivery You will be required to submit video evidence of your training delivery. This includes:

  • minimum of 5 minutes of training delivery in which you demonstrate the ability to engage an audience
  • video can be completed on a mobile phone but must be of sufficient quality
Capacity to deliver training to a minimum of 60 people per year You will be required to outline a business case on how you will meet the requirement to delivery training to a minimum of 60 people each year
Two forms of identification You will be required to submit scanned copies of:

  • Photo ID (i.e. Driver licence or Passport)
  • Secondary ID (i.e. Medicare card; Rental agreement; Council rate notice; utility bill)

Process to become a training partner
The process of becoming a training partner with Triple 0 Solutions is outlined below. Potential training partners must not promote or schedule any training courses until this process has been completed and they have received a Training Partner Approval Letter.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application
Step 2: Sign a Service Agreement
Step 3: Complete the Training Partner Induction
Step 4: Approval
Persons interested in becoming a training partner with Triple 0 Solutions must complete this online application. It contains 3 sections:

  • Section 1: Personal details
  • Section 2: Training partner questions
  • Section 3: Submitting supporting documentation
